Here's a great site and smart phone app to keep track of your family's nutrition, health and safety!

ood Essentials is a nutritional website that gives you information on more than 20,000 brand name groceries. Information includes UPC code, Nutritional label, Label information, Allergens it may or may not contain, Additives it contatins, Function each ingredient plays in the product (flavor, preservative, etc) and Any extra ingredients product may contain to help family members that are specially allergic to certain foods. Hello Moms in the Saugus area,
I would like to say THANK YOU to all families in the Saugus area. Our in home music lessons business does our own advertising in the form of door to door flyers and every time we visit the Saugus area we alway get inquiries, its very encouraging to our business... So thanks :)) We just did flyers in Pamplico and let me tell you that street was HUGE and a maze haha I wasn't expecting that... Thanks again SAUGUS :))

If anyone has suggestions of other streets we should flyer in the Saugus area please let me know.

Hi Everyone!

We are in need of books for the Reading Rainforest Library we have built in the school for parents and children.

Parents are able to check the books out to read to their children at home then return them the next day for others to enjoy or just sit in the library and read one of their favorite books to their child.

Although we have a lot of books, we still have empty shelves.

We are looking for book donations for ages 18mos-6th grade.

If you OR anyone you know has good used books that they no longer need, please send them my way.

Please tell your friends. Our goal is to have a full library by July.
