“Lea’s Corner” Service with a smile!

Well, I am a pretty happy camper again this week. I have to say I have the best dentist possible!

I have to give Kudos where Kudos is due to Dr. Gabriel Henao, DDS and his amazing staff located right here in the Santa Clarita Valley!

Last week, I had to get two of my wisdom teeth out and let me tell you I was scared to death!

I have had a big fear of dentists and always have since I was a wee little one because of a bad experience I had with a dentist when I was little and a trip to an uncaring dentist office last year, I will not name names. Anyway, I would rather give birth again without any drugs than go to the dentist that is how much of a big chicken I am. Hey, I admit it!
My poor dentist, bless his heart, could see the deer in the headlights look on my face LOL, I know (BIG CHICKEN) well anyway, my dentist was so patient and gentle with me that I finally relaxed enough so that he could work on my mouth.

Everything went well with the surgery and even the 1st day after, except for the fact that I am immune to Novocaine, go figure!

It was two days after that I noticed my pain was intensifying instead of dissipating. I tried really hard to follow all the post surgery instructions what have you and still ended up with (Dry Socket) not fun at all and hurts like the dickens.

I called Dr. Henao’s office to find out what I should do now. Get this, Dr. Henao spoke to me personally and did not just hand me off to his staff which (BTW are fabulous) he took the time out of his really busy schedule, to make sure that I was okay and to give me further instructions.

I had a follow up with Dr. Henao as well as his awesome staff today and he fixed me right up with a brilliant smile to boot! Talk about that saying “Service with a Smile.”

That right there my friends just won my business for life for my whole family and many referrals as well!

The bottom line is, a little compassion for your fellow human beings, no matter if they are a client or just a stranger walking by, goes a long way in my book.
