Recourse for IEP Woes

If you have been fighting to get your childs' IEP accommodations implemented or are tired of the failure of the William S. Hart District to follow the laws governing Special Education we have recourse.  When I told the Office of Procedural Safeguards that there are other parents  who can't get the District to implement their children's IEP I was told that we can file a complaint with the "Focused Monitoring and Technical Assistance Office".  This office investigates systemic problems in Special Education in California School Districts.  We would need to send a letter explaining our problems with the district with all our names, as many as we could get.  The Office of Procedural Safeguards led me to believe we would be more effective going this route rather than filing individual complaints against the district.  Please contact me by email mellol@sbcglobal.net and please speak to other parents about taking this action and hopefully making a positive impact on the system here in SCV for our Special Needs kids,
